Unit Information: Surgical Trauma-63610

Location: Medical City Denton

Address: 3535 S. Interstate 35E

Number of Beds - 25
Number of Staff – 44 FTE’s (57 headcount)
Type of staff:
Day Shift – 1 charge/6 RN’s/3 techs/1 secretary
Night Shift – 1 charge/6 RN’s/3 techs
Patient Ratios – 1:4 (1:5 max for stepdown)
Type of equipment -
EMR – Meditech
On Call Requirement – none
Floating Requirement - to stepdown service lines (Progressive Care Unit/Heart and Vascular Unit)

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

ACLS, BLS, NIH
Great customer service skills

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

Trauma/Orthopedic experience
Meditech experience
