Description
Travel - "Registered Nurse - Med Surg"
Pay Breakdown
(Based on 36 hours)
W2 (taxable): $24.00/hr
Per Diem (Non-Taxable):$.1266.00
Gross Weekly Pay: $ .2130.00/week
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and provide skilled nursing care according to the plan of care and evidence-based practice.
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, education, transfers, call lights, and responding to alarms.
- Evaluate treatment effectiveness and participate in updating/revising patient care plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to establish patient goals and outcomes.
- Delegate and provide direction to support staff.
- Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and hospital policies.
Requirements:
- 2+ years Med Surg experience - Required
- Pediatric experience - Required
- Epic experience - Highly preferred
- Active Michigan RN license - Required
- BLS (AHA) - Required
- ACLS (AHA) - Required
- PALS (AHA) - Required
- Permanent address required — 50-mile radius restriction
