Description
Orientation Dates: 10/19, 10/26, 11/2, 11/9
LPN - Home Health. Shift: Mon-Fri 8a-4:30p. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience. Must have prior travel experience. Must have level III trauma experience. Must have TN license or compact on file at time of submission. BLS required. Ratios: 1:6. Pat Care Modality: Nursing assessments, medication management, wound care, disease management, education, etc.. Must have Epic. No weekends or call required. Weekends possible. Equipment: Wound Vac, IV pumps, Neph tubes, trachs, PICC line supplies, port access supplies, Foley catheter, feeding tubes, ostomies. We do not stay in the home for infusions. Visits are typically 30-45 minutes and 1 hour+ for admission visits. Our expectation is 6 patient units of productivity in an 8 hour day. We monitor efficiency closely, but we also give nurses territories, so they are not covering large geographical area. IVS to Interview/Mgr to offer.
