MUST HAVE HEAVY ORTHO EXPERIENCE

• PRN
• Contract will need to be monitored and re-assessed on a weekly basis
• They will most likely be utilized multiple times a week. A candidate who has a full-time job would not work.
• 4/10's is an option
• 12's is not an option
• Flexible on schedule
• Open to a set schedule
• M-F only. No weekends
  • should be available to work Fridays
• Will be utilizing these candidates 3 shifts at least
• Some weeks will be 2, others are 3, and others are 4
• Hours: 8 hours per week
• Must be available to work at least 1 shift per week (if they have a full-time job and can't commit to 1 shift per week this job is not for them)
• Shifts are pre-booked in advance, similar to traveler scheduling
• Facility may cancel shifts with at least 2 hours’ notice
• Candidate must send us their full months availability every single month.
• Shift:
• 11 am- 7:30 pm
• Mids
• Patient ratios (if known): Averaging about 58 - 65 scheduled cases per day
• Float Requirements:
• Candidates will be asked to float based on scope
   
• On Call Requirement: NO
• Certs: BLS, CST, Fire Card Required
• License: Certified Surgical Tech

Experience:

• Must have experience:
  • 2 years as a CST
  • Vascular, GYN, ENT, etc.
• Heavy ortho experience is a must
• #1 thing they are looking for is quality
• #2 thing personality
• Flexibility is very important for the client; they are looking for a partnership. Client will work with them if they work with them.
• Family / Community tight nit environment.
• A candidate that would work well at this facility would be a go getter, someone who is always willing to help their coworkers, work as a unit and really focuses on patient care.
• This facility provides themselves on focusing on the patients on their community, so customer service is key!
• Travel Experience preferred, however, not required
