Experience: 1 Year | First-Time Travelers: Accepted
Schedule: 3×12-hour shifts/week | 36 hrs/week
Patient Ratio: 1:2
Weekends: Variable | Call: None
Block Scheduling: Not required
48 Hours: Not approved

Provide critical care to pediatric patients.
Perform assessments and monitor patient conditions.
Administer medications and treatments.
Recognize and respond to changes in patient status.
Develop and evaluate patient care plans.
Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
Educate and support patients' families.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Float to Pediatric Med/Surg and NICU as required.

🎓 Qualifications

Active RN license required.
1 year nursing experience required.
PICU experience required.
Strong pediatric critical-care skills.
Excellent clinical judgment and communication.
