Shift: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm

Certification: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· Acute med/surg experience 2+ years within the last year

· Ability to care for 4-6 patients at a time

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· 2+ years ortho nursing experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

· Care of med/surg ortho patients

· Standard nursing skills: IV insertions, urinary catheter insertion/maintenance, central line maintenance; medication administration; communication with all members of care team; documentation in EHR
