Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
Setting: Outpatient / Ambulatory Care
Position Overview:
Haskell Indian Health Center is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care in an outpatient/ambulatory healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and routine nursing procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
- Assist providers with examinations and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Educate patients regarding medications, treatments, and follow-up care.
- Follow facility policies, safety standards, and applicable nursing guidelines.
- Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team to support quality patient care.
Assignment Details:
- Duration: 26 weeks
- Shift: Days
- Hours: 8 hours/day
- Schedule: 5 days/week
- Total: 40 hours/week
