LPN – Haskell Indian Health Center

📍 Location: Lawrence, KS 66046
🏥 Facility: Haskell Indian Health Center
📅 Contract: 26 Weeks
⏰ Shift: Days | 8x5
🕐 Hours: 40 Hours/Week
🏥 Setting: Outpatient / Ambulatory Care

 

Position Details:

  • Provide nursing care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
  • Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and procedures.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
  • Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the appropriate provider.
  • Perform routine nursing procedures and maintain accurate patient documentation.
  • Provide patient education and support regarding treatment and follow-up care.
  • Work collaboratively with providers and the healthcare team.
  • Follow facility policies, safety standards, and applicable nursing guidelines.
