• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): SLP
• Shift: Mon-Fri 7:00a – 4:30p
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: On Request

• Patient Ratios: 7 to 1
• Equipment: EKSO, InMotion UE Robotic, Body weight support
• EHR: UDS and Epic
• Supervisor: • Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Geriatric, adult, peds (no younger than 13)

• Must Have Skills/Experience: IRF or SNF experience required
