Description
Vivian Job Requirements — PCU RN
- 1+ year of PCU/Stepdown experience required
- BLS & ACLS required
- EPIC experience required
- Travel experience required — first-time travelers accepted
- Experience in progressive care / stepdown environment
- Medical-surgical/telemetry experience
- Comfortable caring for adult and geriatric patients
- Must be comfortable floating within the OSU organization
- Travelers are expected to float first when needed
- Experience with telemetry, cardiac drips, vasoactive drips, HFNC, BiPAP/CPAP, central/PICC lines, chest tubes, CBI, wound vacs, and post-surgical patients preferred
- Some weekends required — 4 weekend shifts per 4-week period
- Call required
- 3x12-hour day shifts: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
- 36 hours/week
- RTO must be provided at submission and included in contract
- Ohio fingerprinting required urgently after contract signing
- 2 professional references required; at least 1 must be from a manager/director/supervisor
- Flu vaccine required; medical exemptions only
- COVID vaccine not required
- Locals accepted at the same rate
