Description

PACU RN – Rotating Days/Nights

Start Date: 10/26/2026
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: 3x12 Rotating Days/Nights

Days: 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM / 7:30 PM – 8:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Weekend: Every other weekend (2 weekends per schedule cycle)
Holidays: Required as scheduled
On-Call: Not currently required; may be implemented with 30 days' notice
Scrub Color: Navy Blue

Position Requirements

RN – Active MD or Compact License required at submission
BLS – AHA
ACLS – AHA
PALS – AHA
NIHSS
CPI Certification
2 years of RN experience required
PACU Experience: 3–5 years for first-time travelers
ICU Experience: 2 years required
Travel Experience: Required
First-time travelers: Accepted with strong PACU/ICU experience

Unit: PACU
Patient Ratio: 1:4
Patient Age: Pediatrics through Geriatrics
Floating: Required within specialty; rotating with Pre-Op.
