Details
- Cytotechnologist position in White Plains, NY
- 13-week assignment
- Start Date: 10/26/2026
- Monday–Friday schedule
- 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Parking reimbursement available
- Perform microscopic examination of cellular specimens to identify abnormal, precancerous, and malignant cells
- Review and evaluate cytology specimens, including gynecologic and non-gynecologic samples
- Accurately document findings and prepare specimens for pathologist review when indicated
- Follow laboratory quality-control, safety, and specimen-handling procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Cytotechnologist experience
- ASCP certification required
- Strong experience with cytology specimen screening and microscopic evaluation
- Knowledge of abnormal cellular morphology and cytopathology procedures
- Ability to accurately identify and document abnormal findings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a laboratory setting
