Description
Position Overview
This Licensed Practical Nurse role offers you the chance to provide compassionate care to geriatric patients in a skilled nursing setting. With a schedule of 3x12 nights, you will be part of a team that focuses on transitional care, where patients progress towards home after rehabilitation. Required Qualifications
- BLS Certification
- Current LPN License
- EMR System: Meditech and Caretracker
- Minimum 1 year experience preferred
