Overview

Travel RN role in Hickory, North Carolina
13-week assignment
36 guaranteed hours per week
2 openings
8-bed unit
Weekend hours as needed
No call requirements
Possible float as helping hands
Must start on one of these orientation dates: October 12, October 26, November 9, November 16, or December 7, 2026

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Carolina
Labor and Delivery (2 years of experience)
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
OB/GYN experience

Preferred Qualifications

LDRP experience

Unit Details

Patient ratios follow AWHONN Standards
EHR: Cerner
Takes GYN patients as well

Facility Context

355-bed hospital
Home to a Brain Center, Cancer Center, Heart Center, Lung Center, Orthopedics, General & Vascular Surgery, Surgical Weight Loss, Women's Center, and Level 3 NICU
Includes a 32-bed ED, 29-bed inpatient rehab, and 15-bed surgical suite & imaging
South Campus includes an 81-bed adult Behavioral Health Hospital

Travel Eligibility

Candidates must live 60 miles or more away to be considered travel
