Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a rewarding Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) opportunity in Rocky Mount, North Carolina! Help patients regain their strength, mobility, and independence while enjoying Southern charm and easy access to Raleigh and the beautiful North Carolina coast.
What You'll Do
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents in a SNF setting.
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Help patients improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.
- Treat patients recovering from surgery, illness, injury, or hospitalization.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
- Assist with discharge planning and patient education.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Requirements
- Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain.
- SNF/LTC experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and patient care skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
