Pay Breakdown

W2 (taxable):$41.00/hr
Per Diem (Non-Taxable): $1413.00
Gross Weekly Pay: $3053.00/week
Contract Details
- NBO: 16 hrs
- EMR: EPIC
- Patient Ratio: 1:1
- Bed Size: 16
- Scrubs: Provided
Pay / Call Details
- OT/Holiday: 1.15x
- Call Back: 1.5x with 2-hour minimum
- On Call: $9/hr
- Charge/Precept: $6/hr
- 36–40 hrs/week: OT billable after 40
- 48 hrs/week: OT billable after 48
- Weekend Call: Friday end of shift through Monday 6:30 AM
Requirements
- 24 months current OR experience - Required
- Hospital/Medical Center experience prioritized
- Circulating OR experience - Required
- Scrub experience - Highly Preferred
- General, Da Vinci Robotics, Pediatrics & Trauma cases - Required
- Trauma Level II experience - Required
- Trauma Level I experience - Highly Preferred
- EPIC experience within past 3 years - Required
- Orthopedic scrubbing experience - Highly Preferred
- No first-time travelers
- Must have completed a travel assignment within the past 15 months - Required
