Description

Facility Name: Baptist Rehabilitation Hospital
• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): RN
• Shift: 7AM—7:30 PM, 7PM-7:30 AM
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: M-F EVERY OTHER WEEKEND ROTATION
• Call Requirements: NO
• Required Certifications: RN LICENSE, BLS, BSN
• Years of Experience: 2+ (NO NEW GRAD)
• Float Requirements: NO (Nursing units consist of 2 floors candidate will be schedule on either floor)

• Number of Beds: 62
• Patient Ratios: 6-7:1 RN/LPN, CNA 10:1
• Equipment: Cerner, Omnicell
• EHR: MUST HAVE CERNER EXPERIENCE

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: ADULTS and GERIATRIC, REHAB PATIENTS

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: IRF, MED-SURG
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Step Down, Wound Care, Respiratory Treatment, BiPAP, CPAP
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Neuro, Ortho, Cancer,
• Personality Fit: Team Player, Adaptable, Flexible

• Required Education: BSN or higher
