Description
Specialty: RN – OR
Shift: Days, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Schedule: 10-hour shifts
Contract: 13 weeks
Call: 2 call shifts/month
Start: ASAP
Experience Required:
- Current OR experience
- Orthopedic experience required
- Must have Ortho Trauma + General OR
- Neuro experience is a plus
- Previous travel experience required
- Strong aseptic technique knowledge
- Must be comfortable operating complex surgical equipment
License & Certification:
- Active Massachusetts RN license required at submission
- BLS required
Local Rule:
- No local travelers
- Must live more than 50 miles from the facility
RTO:
- Maximum 3 consecutive days off
- All RTO must be submitted upfront
Important Testing Requirement:
- Must pass ECG/Telemetry and Medication tests before acceptance
- 20 questions each
- Passing score: 85%
- One attempt only
- Testing must be completed within 48 hours of offer
Other Details:
- No floating
- Flu vaccine required before start; medical exemption accepted
- BILH cover sheet required at submission
- Nurse Manager interviews and offers
- Provide interview availability at submission
- Candidates who worked at BILH within the last 6 months in travel, per diem, or permanent roles will not be considered
