Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience
• IV start experience
• BLS
• ACLS
• Meditech experience – Required
• Ability to interpret dysrhythmias
• Ability to manage dysrhythmias
• Willingness to float within scope based on facility needs

• Charting: Meditech — experience required
• Scrubs: Any color; OR/L&D/Cath Lab scrubs provided

Schedule

• 4 × 12-hour day shifts
• Weekend rotation required
• No on-call requirement
• Block scheduling is not allowed for more than 3–4 shifts
• Travelers may be required to float to another unit if it is short-staffed
• Some holidays are expected to be worked

RTO / Compliance

• RTO must be approved and documented before the assignment starts
• Keep RTO requests to a minimum
• Preferably no RTO during the first 2 weeks
• Preferably no full calendar weeks off during the assignment
• Candidate must report to the lab within 24 hours after signing
• QGold is the only accepted TB test
• Negative 13-panel drug screen within 30 days required
• COVID vaccine: Not required
• Flu vaccine: Unknown
