Description
RN – CVOR
Start Date: ASAP — required
Shift: 4×10 | 6:15 AM–4:45 PM
Call: Required — 2 days/week + every 3rd weekend
Weekend: Every 3rd weekend required
Float: Required as needed to OR
Ratio: 1:1
Visits/Day: 6 (3 rooms)
Contract: Longer contracts may be accepted through 02/27/2026
Experience & Certifications
- CVOR experience: Required
- ECMO experience: Required
- Impella experience: Required
- 2 years of experience: Required
- First-time travelers accepted with required experience
- BLS: Required
- ACLS: Preferred
Unit Information
- Medication System: PYXIS
- Documentation: EPIC
- Communication: SBAR
- Scrubs: Provided — Blue
- Orientation: 24 hours, depending on traveler experience
Important Requirements
- RTO must be submitted before booking.
- RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite.
- Additional RTO or call-offs may result in cancellation and DNR.
- Contract staff may be assigned to Storm/Hurricane Teams and may be required to report during catastrophic events, mass casualties, or disasters.
- Consolidation to a centralized office may occur mid-contract, with staff preassigned to units as needed.
