Description
Skillset Requirements: **Must have AT LEAST level 2 trauma experience.** General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Phlebotomy, Starting IVs, Continuous IV sedation, IV vasopressors, Procedural Sedation Administration, CPAP/BiPAP, Ventilated patients, Isolation Precautions
Unit Information: 48 beds that can flex up to 62 beds total using hall beds if needed; never staff more than 1:4 ratio for regular ED patients; hold assignments could include a ratio of 4:1 for progressive holds and 5:1 for medical holds. This ED averages 6.6 behavioral health patients per day.
Certificate Req: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS*, PALS, TNCC
