Facility Type: 21-Bed Locked Memory Care Facility
Start Date: 10/04/2026
Contract: 8 Weeks
Hours: 40 Hours Guaranteed/Week
Schedule: Variable; primarily Days with some Evening/Night on-call
Shifts: Mix of 8- and 12-hour shifts
Extension: Potential to Extend
Preference: LPN with Medication Administration experience
Scheduling: Flexible and willing to accommodate reasonable schedule requests
