LPN - Outpatient
 

Gross Weekly: $1720/week ($43/hr) 
 

Length of Assignment: 13 weeks 

Hours per Week: 40 

Shift and Time: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 20:00) 

 

Experience Required: 

2 years in an Outpatient setting
 

Certifications required: 

BLS (AHA or ARC only), IV & Blood withdrawal

CA LVN License
