X-Ray Tech - Day/Eve Variables - Deaconess Gateway40 MILE RADIUS RULE - NO LOCAL CANDIDATESContract Length: 13 weeksStart Date: ASAPGuaranteed Hours Per Week: 40 Primary Location: Deaconess Gateway Shift Requirements: 8hr Day/Eves 7a-3p, 8a-4p, 9a-5p, 11a-7p, 12p-8p, 1p-9Float Requirements: will float between Deaconess Midtown to Deaconess Gateway (Newburgh, IN) as needed 7.9 miles apartOn Call/Call Back Requirements: NoneWeekend/Holiday Requirements: weekends and holidays as scheduled. Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: IN license and ARRT. Supplier to provide dosimeter.Minimum Experience: 3 yearsCharting Experience Required: prefer Epic experience, but no specific requirements.Required Skillset: Routine Diagnostic, Fluoroscopy, Surgery, Portables Scrub color: Royal Blue Covid-19 Vaccine Not Required - Subject to changeGSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed REQUIRED EDUCATION:Associate Degree or Certificate HOLIDAY ROTATION REQUIREMENTS:as scheduled.
