Description
RN II – Med/Surg
Unit: Med/Surg Acute 1
Contract: 991463
Start Date: 10/12/26
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Schedule: 36 hrs/week | 3×12s
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Charting: EPIC experience required
Requirements
- Current RN license — required
- BLS — required
- ACLS — required
- EPIC experience required
- BSN — preferred
- Acute care facility experience — preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide coordinated nursing care according to established standards
- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate care plans
- Coordinate care with healthcare providers and other disciplines
- Educate patients, families, and team members
- Participate in discharge planning
- Delegate appropriately and coordinate healthcare team duties
