Description

✅ Requirements:

RN with strong OR background
3–5 years of clinical Operating Room experience
Prior OR Supervisor/Charge RN experience preferred
PACU experience REQUIRED
L&D experience REQUIRED
Must be able to assist with C-sections
Must be able to recover patients who were previously under anesthesia
Strong Critical Access Hospital (CAH) experience REQUIRED
AHA BLS, ACLS & PALS required at submission
KS or Multistate RN license required at submission
BSN or related healthcare degree preferred/required per facility
Central Sterile experience is a plus
Strong leadership, communication & crisis-management skills
Knowledge of surgical procedures, sterile processing & infection control
