Description

Internal Job Description

Class/Area: RN/ER.

Start Date: ASAP.

Scheduled details (Hours, Shift, Time): 12 hour nights | 1900-0700.

Experience Requirements: 1 year of ER + travel experience.

Experience Preferred: 2 years ER, 1 year travel experience.

License/ Certification Requirements: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC.

Floating Requirements: Float to units within scope of practice.

Weekend Requirements: Required with schedule rotation.

On-Call Requirements: None.

Holiday Requirements: Required based on unit's needs.

Will the client accept new graduates? No.

Order Status: New.

Orientation: Monday (virtual) - held each week.

Creds Due: 1 week prior on Monday.

Notes: Nicotine free facility | Bi-weekly pay | 8 hour no-bill orientation | Client is allowed 2 cancellations per month with a minimum 2 hour notice.

Th recruiters are super nice and helpful.

Cons

Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
