Ultrasound Technologist – Simplified Job Details

Facility: Ottumwa Regional Health Center
Location: Ottumwa, IA
Department: Radiology / Ultrasound
Position: Ultrasound Technologist
Openings: 1
Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Start Dates: Monday or Tuesday only
Call: Weekday call + every 4th weekend
Experience: 1–2+ years
Equipment: Toshiba
EHR: Medictech
Scrubs: Any color
Trauma Level: Not specified

Must-Have Requirements

Must live 60+ miles from the facility to qualify as a traveler.
Iowa SING Background Check is mandatory — both Criminal and Child Abuse portions required.
All county/state background checks must be fully cleared before start.
No instant or statewide-only background searches accepted.
Mandatory Reporter Certification: Child & Adult required.
10-panel drug screen including opiates required.
Titers within the last 12 months: MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and TB.
Required certifications/skills for Ultrasound Technologist.
