Description

The RN Nurse Supervisor (Evenings) oversees clinical care and facility operations across multiple nursing units during evening hours. Key duties include managing floor staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs), handling admissions/discharges, and resolving resident care issues in the absence of upper management.

 

License: Active New York State RN license.

 

Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)

 

Experience: Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience, plus proven supervisor/clinical lead experience over multiple units. 

 

Certifications:

BLS: Active AHA or RQI Basic Life Support 

CPI: Crisis Prevention Intervention certification (required within 90 days of hire).
