Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full Time, No Weekends

Job Description:

We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time, permanent placement at Cresthaven East in West Palm Beach, FL. This is a great opportunity for a PTA looking for consistent daytime hours with no weekend rotation.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday (day shift)
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 30-minute meal break
• 30 hours per week
• No weekends required

Pay:

• $27.51 – $29.33 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Implement patient treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility training
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery goals

Requirements:

• Active PTA (Physical Therapist Assistant) license in the state of Florida
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of PTA experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
