Physical Therapist (PT) – Full Time, No Weekends, Senior Living

Job Description:

We are hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time, permanent placement at Juniper Village at Guadalupe Riverfront in Kerrville, TX. This is a great opportunity for an experienced PT seeking consistent daytime hours with no weekend rotation in a rewarding senior living/rehab setting.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday (day shift)
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 30-minute meal break
• 30 hours per week
• No weekends required

Pay:

• $44.15 – $47.06 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide direct hands-on therapy to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function
• Supervise and direct PTAs and rehab support staff as needed
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises and fall prevention
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident recovery, independence, and quality of life

Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Texas
• Prior PT experience required (this position is not suitable for new graduates)
• Experience in senior living, assisted living, or geriatric/skilled rehab settings preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
