Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full Time, No Weekends, Quick Offer

Job Description:

We are hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time, permanent placement at Sage Park Guadalupe, a senior living community in Kerrville, TX. This is a great opportunity for an experienced OT seeking consistent daytime hours with no weekend rotation. Schedule:

• Monday – Friday (day shift)
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 30-minute meal break
• 30 hours per week
• No weekends required

Pay:

• $44.58 – $47.52 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy to improve residents' functional independence in daily activities
• Supervise and direct COTAs and rehab support staff as needed
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications to support resident safety
• Educate residents and families on techniques to maximize independence
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident recovery and quality of life

Requirements:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Texas
• Prior OT experience required (this position is not suitable for new graduates)
• Experience in senior living, assisted living, or skilled rehab settings preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
