Vascular Ultrasound Tech – Concord, NH

Facility: Concord Hospital (AN-0724)
Shift: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, Wednesdays off
On-Call: Rotating, approximately every 4th or 5th weekend, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
Radius Requirement: Will take locals — local rate applies for those living less than 50 miles

Facility Details:

• Small lab: 3 full-time sonographers + 2 per diem sonographers
• Mostly outpatient exams with some inpatient; rarely portable
• Generous scan times
• Patient population: mostly adults, very rare pediatrics (would consider a traveler without peds experience)
• May be requested to float to Concord Hospital–Laconia (80 Highland Street, Laconia, NH) or Concord Hospital–Franklin (15 Aiken Ave, Franklin, NH)
• EMR: Cerner experience preferred, not required

Requirements:

• Active NH license required in hand at time of submission (temp license can be applied for concurrently with permanent)
• 2+ years minimum in an acute care vascular lab setting required
• Unit-specific experience within the last 6 months required (tentative approval possible with same-unit experience within the last 9 months, if competencies are current)
• Active BLS required
• Registered Vascular Sonographer (CCI) or Registered Vascular Technologist (ARDMS) required
• First-time travelers accepted if they have 2+ years in a dedicated vascular lab
• License verification required
• RTO must be included at time of submission
• Updated resume showing 2+ years of dedicated vascular experience
• Skills checklist matching specialty required
