Internal Job Description
1PCU RN – Nights.
Start ASAP.
13 weeks.
Shift Notes: 3-12’s, nights shift, 1900-0700.
36 hours per week.
OLD NOTES:
Stepdown is a 22 bed unit with 4 to 1 ratio.
We do have patient care techs and Health unit coordinator on staff.
You must have.
Seeking experienced critical care RN.
Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Missouri.
Must have previous acute Stepdown experience.
BLS/ACLS required.

Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
