ER RN – Job Summary

Facility: Canyon Vista Medical Center
Location: Sierra Vista, AZ
Department: Emergency Department
Specialty: Emergency Room RN
Shift: 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM
Schedule: 3x12s
Guaranteed Hours: 36/week
Positions: 1
Call: None
Reason: Contractor replacement

Requirements

2+ years ER experience preferred
RN license required
BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC — required before submission
Must be 60+ miles from the facility to qualify for travel
No floating

Unit Details

22-bed ED
Ratios: 4:1 pod, 2:1 critical, 6:1 fast track
EMR: Cerner
Patient population: All ages
Weekend: 4 weekend shifts every 4 weeks
Orientation: Biweekly

Experience Preferred

Emergency/ER experience — must have
Trauma experience — preferred
Pediatric emergency experience — preferred
Experience with:
- Trauma
- STEMI/cardiac
- Stroke
- Psychiatric patients
- GI cases
- Pediatric patients
