Description

Ultrasound Technologist – Simplified Job Details

Facility: Ottumwa Regional Health Center
Location: Ottumwa, IA
Department: Radiology
Position: Ultrasound Technologist
Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Schedule: 5x8s
Guaranteed Hours: 40/week
Openings: 1
Reason: Contractor replacement
Start: Monday or Tuesday starts allowed
Call: Yes — weekday call + every 4th week call
Weekend: Call rotation, every 4th week

Requirements

1–2+ years of experience
Must meet all facility onboarding/background-check requirements
Iowa SING BG clearance is mandatory
- Criminal portion required
- Child Abuse portion required
- No exceptions
All county/state background checks must be fully cleared before start
Instant or statewide-only searches are not accepted
Mandatory Reporter certification: Child & Adult required
10-panel drug screen including opiates
MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and TB titers must be within the last 12 months
