Travel RN – Telemetry | North Charleston, SC | Nights | 13 Weeks

HealthTrust is seeking an experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment at Trident Medical Center in North Charleston, South Carolina.

Shift: 3x12 Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours/week
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Position Details

Work on a 29-bed Telemetry unit caring for patients with cardiac and telemetry needs.
Provide care for post-cardiac procedure patients, including PCI, pacemakers (PPM), ICDs, and cardiac ablations.
Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.
Administer cardiac drips including Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitroglycerin, and Dobutamine.
Perform patient assessments, medication administration, discharge planning, and patient education.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
Utilize Meditech EMR for documentation.
Travelers are expected to float as needed, including to PCU, telemetry monitoring, or the Emergency Department to care for inpatient holds.
