<h3>POSITION: CNA – MED/SURG</h3><ul><li>Location: Aspirus Medford, WI</li><li>Contract: 9 weeks</li><li>Shift: 12-hr Days/Nights – 7:00 PM–7:30 AM</li><li>Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week</li><li>Experience: 1+ year inpatient STAC hospital experience</li><li>Patient Ratio: 1:10–15</li><li>License: WI CNA license</li><li>Cert: BLS – AHA or ARC</li><li>EMR: Epic strongly preferred</li><li>Patients: Adults – respiratory, stroke, neuro, GI, diabetes, renal, sepsis, wounds &amp; alcohol withdrawal</li><li>Skills: ADLs, vitals, glucose checks, Foley/bladder care, telemetry, lifts, ambulation, chest tubes, drains, ostomy &amp; 1:1 sitter care</li><li>Floating: All inpatient units; may float to Stanley, Antigo, Wausau &amp; Merrill</li><li>Weekend: Every other</li><li>Holidays: Every other</li><li>Call: May be placed on call for low census; 2-hr minimum call-back</li><li>Radius Rule: 50-mile rule</li><li>Education: High school diploma/GED required</li><li>Low Census: Up to 36 unbillable hours; call hours count toward low-census hours</li><li>Vaccines: Flu/COVID decline requires masking during flu season</li></ul>
