🏥 Position Highlights

• RN – Telemetry / Float Pool
• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

• Strong opportunity for experienced acute-care Telemetry RNs
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team while providing coordinated, patient-centered care

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to assigned patients
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and identify care needs
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the care team
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families regarding care, treatment, and discharge needs
• Participate in discharge planning to promote continuity of care
• Delegate appropriately and coordinate activities of the healthcare team
• Maintain a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered environment

✅ Requirements

• Active California RN license
• BLS from AHA
• ACLS
• PALS
• NIHSS
• EPIC experience – Required
• Acute-care experience preferred
• BSN preferred
