• Contract: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 11/16/26
• Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours/week
• Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
• Floating: Neuro Critical Care ICU and MSICU; may float to other critical care/inpatient units as needed
• Call/Callback: None
• Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and every other holiday
• Low Census: Low census is typically done in 4-hour increments, and travelers may be asked to work only 4 or 8 hours of a shift. This is not considered on-call.
• Required: WI RN license, BLS, ACLS (AHA or ARC), NIHSS
• Experience: Minimum 2 years; 1 travel assignment preferred. Med/Surg ICU and/or Neuro ICU background with strong neuro assessment skills is required.
• Charting: EPIC required
• Unit: 8-bed Neuro unit caring for Stroke, TBI, head injury, and neurosurgery patients
• Preferred Experience: Neuro interventional experience; familiarity with EVDs and ICP monitoring
• Procedures: Neuro assessments and bedside ICU procedures such as line placement and intubation; neuro-specific procedures include bolt and drain placements with Neurosurgery
• Other: Must be hardworking, resilient, adaptable, able to work independently, and complete tasks efficiently
• Scrubs: Any color
• Vaccination/Mask Policy: During flu season, travelers who decline flu and COVID vaccination must wear a mask at all times per Aspirus policy.

GSA hours are not guaranteed during orientation week. Traveler hours are otherwise guaranteed except when the unit is closed for holidays.
