Total Weekly Gross: $2,190.80

Required Skills:

• Valid RN license (or LPN license, if applicable) with active compact licensing.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a hospital setting.
• Proven expertise in behavioral health treatment and therapeutic group facilitation.
• Current BLS certification
• CPI certification
• Demonstrated ability to manage patient care with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:8.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent time management.
• Outgoing personality with compassionate communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically Expanses.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work independently.
• Experience with behavioral health interventions and patient engagement.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Registered Nurse license with at least 2 years of recent hospital experience, ideally with a background in mental health services.
• Prior experience working in a locked behavioral health unit.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM shifts in a 13-week travel assignment.
• Willingness to work every other weekend and participate in on-call rotations if required.
• Must be comfortable sitting throughout the facility and engaging with patients in a secure, regulated environment.
• Scrubs or business casual attire permitted.
