This is a 36/48 rotating schedule

$1,717/36 hours, $2,151/48 hours

Required Skills:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in West Virginia or a compact state
• Proven ability to work independently and adapt quickly in crisis situations
• Strong assessment skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Positive attitude and compassionate nature
• Ability to pass background checks
• Experience working in crisis stabilization or psychiatric settings
• Familiarity with substance use disorder treatment
• Crisis intervention and de-escalation training

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Valid LPN license with relevant experience in mental health or crisis care
• Prior work in adult psychiatric or substance use disorder environments is highly desirable
