Description
Title: X-Ray Technologist
Location: Lubbock, TX 79410
Shift: Days, 5x8 — 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Duration: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of X-Ray Tech experience
- Texas license in hand at submission
- ARRT(R), BLS
- Able to independently perform routine and complex X-ray examinations
- Experience in a fast-paced acute care environment
- Experience with PACS
- Experience with portable/bedside X-rays
- Experience with C-Arm procedures and fluoroscopy assistance
- Level II Trauma Center experience preferred
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Experience imaging adult and pediatric patients
Description:
- Perform routine and complex diagnostic X-ray examinations across adult acute care, outpatient, and pediatric settings while maintaining accurate image quality and patient safety.
- Perform portable/bedside imaging and assist with C-Arm and fluoroscopy procedures in a fast-paced acute care and Level II Trauma environment.
- Perform a broad range of imaging studies including chest, abdomen, spine, pelvis, upper/lower extremities, skull, and trauma-related exams, with documentation and image management through PACS.
