OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH / EMPLOYEE PRIMARY CARE
- Provide outpatient nursing care to employees, including assessment and triage of acute illnesses, minor injuries, and workplace-related health concerns.
- Perform health assessments, vital signs, screenings, vaccinations, and other preventive health services.
- Provide patient education and support for wellness, chronic condition management, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Coordinate referrals, follow-up care, return-to-work needs, work restrictions, and workers’ compensation cases as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and occupational health standards.
- Collaborate with providers, employees, Human Resources, and other departments to promote employee health, safety, and overall well-being.
