Physical Therapist (Travel) - 13 Week Contract

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Assess functional limitations and establish measurable therapy goals.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment techniques, exercises, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with state practice regulations and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Previous clinical experience preferred.
