· Number of Beds - 34

· Number of Staff – 60

· Shift for the Traveler --- days 7a to 7p

· Type of staff:

o Day Shift – 1 charge RN, 7 RNs, 3 techs

o Night Shift – 1 Charge RN, 6 RNs, 3 techs

· Patient Ratios – 1:6

· Type of equipment – bladder scanner, welch allyn VS, vein finder,

· EMR – Epic

· On Call Requirements-twice per contract

· Weekend Requirements: 4 weekend shifts per schedule (every other week)

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

· BLS

· NIH

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· ACLS

· Charge experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

· Foley insertion

· Central line dressing changes

Best personality Fit:

· Flexible and organized

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

· BLS, NIH, basic arrhythmia

Floating Area(s):

· All Med-surg units in house

Dress Code:

· Scrub Color/Attire - Caribbean blue

Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.

· Mixed med-surg unit.

Weekends and On call. Any additional information

· Weekends for nights are Friday and Saturday nights.
