📍 Hazard ARH Regional Medical Center – Hazard, KY
📅 Start: 10/26/2026 | Contract: 13 Weeks
☀️ Shift: Days | 3×12 or 4×12 | 7:00 AM–7:30 PM

📊 Schedule: 84 hrs / 2 weeks (36/48)

Requirements:
• 2+ years current Psych/Behavioral Health experience
• Meditech EMR experience
• AHA BLS + CPI or AVADE
• Active KY or Compact RN license in hand
• Every other weekend required
• Float within scope required
• Must live 75+ miles from facility — locals not accepted
• Must accept 3×12 one week + 4×12 next week
• Valid Driver’s License required; address must match permanent address
• 2 professional references required: 1 Charge+ and 1 Supervisor, within past year
• Up to 7 days RTO allowed at submission

Important:
🚫 No block scheduling
🚫 Cannot submit to multiple ARH positions simultaneously
💉 Flu vaccine required; medical/religious exemptions reviewed case-by-case
⏱️ Offer must be signed within 24 hours

• Must live 75+ miles from facility — locals not accepted • Must accept 3×12 one week + 4×12 next week the Hazard ARH job, the nurse must be okay with both 36-hour and 48-hour weeks: Week 1: 36 hours (3×12) Week 2: 48 hours (4×12) Total: 84 hours every 2 weeks nurse is comfortable with a rotating 36/48-hour schedule.
