Description
Facility Name: Dignity Health East Rehab Hospital
• Facility Department/Cost Center: Rehab
• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): SLP
• Specialty: Inpatient Rehab
• Shift: Days
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40
• Required Certifications: BLS
• Years of Experience: 2+
• Float Requirements: Float option to sister facility – 8 miles
• Number of Beds: 40
• Patient Ratios: 8pts per Therapist, plus have 1-2 assistants & 1 rehab tech
• Equipment: Vector, Litegait, Saeto, InMotion ARM, Senaptec Sensory, Technobody
• EHR: UDS
• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adult
Hiring Profile:
• Must Have Skills/Experience: Time management, point of care documentation, knowledge of GG Scorng
• Preferred Skillset/Experience:
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Neuro, Ortho, Cardiac, Falls
