Shift: 630-1900 Candidates must have:*BLS* Ecmo and structural heart experience*Previous ICU experience
Job Summary: Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions. null Schedule Notes: Candidates must have:*BLS* Ecmo and structural heart experience*Previous ICU experience**Shift**630am-7pm; 3- days All prescheduledo4-6 shifts?7pm-630am Weeknight ?7pm-630am Friday Monday Morning***One position schedule will be 9am-930pm Tuesday-Thursday with only weekend call***--Please include which shift candidate is interested in--Skills: Required Skills & Experience:-Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans within the unit/department to which staff is assigned. -Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services. -Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel..
Education: -Bachelor s degree in Nursing (BSN). Required Certification & Licensure: -Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. -BLS Preferred
