LPN Needed | Silver City Care Center
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Facility: Silver City Care Center
Contract Length: 12 Weeks
Schedule: 36 Hours Guaranteed
Shift: Day Shift (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM)
Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Job Summary:
Silver City Care Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable LPN for a 12-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, monitor resident conditions, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient/resident care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient conditions
- Communicate effectively with physicians, RNs, residents, and families
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
- Support care plans and assist with patient assessments
Requirements:
- Active LPN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Long-Term Care/SNF experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
